What We Are

MET is the acronym for Mala Educational Trust established in 2001. The trust consists of eminent persons who include Educationists, Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers and Businessmen hailing from the district of Thrissur, Kerala. MET'S Group of Institutions covers a wide variety of professional courses conducted by MET'S School of Engineering & MET'S College of Advanced Studies and MET’S Polytechnic. The purpose of running such three professional institutions is to bring the benefits of technical education to the rural population of Mala and its surrounding areas in particular and to State of Kerala, at large. MET'S Polytechnic College is a Government approved Self-financing Polytechnic College which offers a wide range of Engineering Diploma courses approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to State Board of Technical Education (SBTE) under Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Kerala. The major vision is to deliver quality Technical Education within a dynamic and progressive learning environment. The Campus offers four Technical Diploma courses and one Non-Technical Diploma course under one roof.
